Advisory
A decision your team can use, not a deck that hands the problem back.
- A clearly stated business question
- Existing systems and constraints reviewed
- Options with trade-offs
- A recommendation and a defined next decision
Revenue strategy, custom AI tools built for your business, and independent reviews of AI you already run. The right answer may be a smaller build.
Some problems do not fit a productised service. An internal team needs a second opinion. A workflow crosses several tools. A promising prototype needs a business case before it earns a production build.
A decision your team can use, not a deck that hands the problem back.
A bounded test of the riskiest assumption before you commit to the full system.
A system shaped around your workflow, with scope and handover agreed upfront.
A workflow shaped around your business, with the handoff and the human boundaries agreed first.
Starting numbers agreed before we begin. An honest monthly report: what changed, what didn’t, and why.
Advisory, a prototype and a production build have different scopes. We agree a timeframe after understanding the question, integrations and review access; we do not promise a universal turnaround.
It is the foundation beneath it. Advice may lead into an audit, a visibility project or a sales and retention build. It may also show that no new AI system is justified.
We do not sell AI for its own sake, a guaranteed commercial result or a build without a clear business owner. Sensitive decisions and client approvals cannot be automated away.
If your question fits the three-stage revenue journey, start with the audit. If it is a non-standard build or an internal decision, tell us about the business first.
A non-standard enquiry starts with a conversation. We’ll work out whether an audit, advice or a build is the right next step.
